Welcome to Founded For Him Florals! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before booking or purchasing.

1. Services

Founded For Him Florals provides custom floral design services for weddings, events, and special occasions. Each design is unique and tailored to the client’s preferences, but all creative decisions remain at the discretion of the designer.

2. Quotes & Proposals

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• Proposals are based on seasonal availability; substitutions may be made while maintaining overall style and value.

3. Booking & Payments

• A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of $200 are required to secure your event date.

• Final payment is due 30 days before the event date. Services will not be provided until payment is received in full.

• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, Venmo, or check.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event may be eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the deposit.

• No refunds are available for cancellations made within 60 days of the event date.

5. Substitutions & Availability

Flowers are subject to seasonal and market availability. If specific blooms are unavailable, substitutions of equal or greater value will be made while maintaining the overall design integrity.

6. Delivery & Setup

• Delivery and setup fees are included in your proposal unless otherwise noted.

• The client is responsible for ensuring venue access at the agreed-upon time.

• Founded For Him Florals is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for providing accurate event details (location, times, and contact information).

• The client must ensure proper care of arrangements after delivery/setup. We are not responsible for damages once flowers are in the client’s possession.

8. Liability

Founded For Him Florals is not liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of flowers or décor.

• Allergic reactions to flowers or plants.

• Issues caused by weather, venue conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

9. Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph floral designs and use images for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
